How it works

From your art to your team's hands, step by step.

01

Pick the right shape

Trucker for sun-and-shop crews, structured 6-panel for clean corporate, dad hat for retail vibe, fitted for sports teams. We'll show you blanks side-by-side so you don't guess.
02

Decoration matched to the hat

A flat-bill takes 3D puff embroidery beautifully. A dad hat looks better with flat embroidery or a leather patch. We pick the method that flatters the cap, not the other way around.
03

Stitched proof on an actual hat

Embroidery on curved fabric reads differently than on a flat polo. We sew a proof on an actual hat before running the rest — so what you approve is what you get.

04

Run, inspected, packed

Hats are stitched on dedicated cap-frame machines, inspected for thread breaks, and packed flat or stacked depending on shape. Ready to wear out of the box.

Why Bright Way

Hats & Caps, done right here.

Three things make our decoration shop different from the catalog-printer default.
01

We know hats, not just shirts

Hats are their own discipline — different machine setup, different digitizing, different curve compensation. Our embroidery floor runs cap-frames daily and tunes files specifically for headwear.
02

Patches when patches are right

Leather and faux-leather patches are huge in lifestyle and outdoor brands right now. We laser-cut, deboss, and apply them in-house — not through a third-party patch broker.
03

Real brand blanks

Richardson 112s, New Era fitteds, Carhartt beanies — the hats people actually want to wear. Not a no-name knockoff that fades after one wash.

Common questions

Quick answers, straight up.

What's the minimum order?

+

12 hats for embroidery on stocked styles. Leather-patch caps typically minimum 24 due to patch-production setup. Smaller orders are possible — call us with the project and we'll route it.

What's the difference between structured and unstructured caps?

+
Structured caps (Richardson 112, most truckers) have buckram in the front panels — they hold their shape and embroidery sits flat. Unstructured (dad hats, most 6-panels) are softer, lower-profile, and embroidery curves slightly with the fabric. Different look, different vibe.

Can you do leather patches with our logo?

+

Yes. We laser-cut and deboss leather and faux-leather patches, then apply them with industrial heat press or stitch-down. Most lifestyle brands prefer leather; outdoor brands often go faux-leather for vegan-friendly options.

Do you do New Era fitteds in custom sizes?

+
Yes. New Era 59FIFTYs are fitted (size 6⅞ through 8) and we can mix sizes in the same order. We'll quote stitch count once and the total scales with quantity.
