Privacy
Privacy policy.
Effective April 24, 2026
Bright Way (“Bright Way,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect on brightwayuniforms.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect two kinds of information:
- Information you give us — name, company, email address, phone number, team size, industry, and any free-text message you submit through a lead form. We may also receive your email and phone when you reach out by phone or email directly.
- Information collected automatically — IP address, device type, browser, pages viewed, referring URL, and (where applicable) UTM parameters that identify the marketing campaign that brought you to the site. This is captured by standard web analytics and the advertising pixels described below.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide a quote, consultation, or proposal.
- To follow up about uniform, apparel, or facility services you've asked about.
- To improve the website, our messaging, and the relevance of our advertising.
- To measure the performance of our marketing campaigns and ad spend.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for two purposes: making the site work (for example, remembering form-state during a visit) and understanding how visitors use the site. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies may affect form submissions and measurement, but will not block you from browsing the site.
Advertising pixels and conversion tracking
We use third-party advertising tools across the site to measure the performance of our marketing campaigns. Specifically:
- Google Ads — loads sitewide and records two conversion events: a phone-click conversion when you tap a phone number, and a form-submit conversion when you submit a lead form. Google's data practices are governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
- Meta Pixel — loads on our paid-ad landing pages (URLs that begin with
/lp/) and fires a “Lead” event when you submit a lead form on one of those pages. Meta's data practices are governed by Meta's Privacy Policy.
You can opt out of personalized advertising at the network level via the NAI consumer opt-out and the DAA opt-out.
Service providers
We use third-party providers to run the website (hosting, content delivery), to send transactional and follow-up email, and to track ad performance. These providers only receive the information they need to perform their function and are contractually bound to handle it appropriately.
Data retention
We retain lead-form submissions for as long as we have an active customer relationship with you, or for as long as is reasonably necessary to follow up on the inquiry. After that we either delete the record or anonymize it for aggregate analytics.
Your choices and rights
- You can request a copy of the information we have about you.
- You can ask us to correct or delete that information.
- You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time — call or email and we will.
Email info@brightwayuniforms.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This website is intended for business customers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Updates to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent change.
